There should not be any partiality between us as our Lord is our Father and we are his children. we all are his creation and we should not be proud of ourselves. As the Lord is the head of all and we are his people so we need to treat others with dignity and respect.
We may earn huge, or work in a well-known office still we are equal with a man who is poor and does not have wealth, property and fame. God will judge us all according to our works based on his commandments.

Conclusion
It is our duty to live a godly life where we must respect and honour everyone. The Lord wants us to love all as he loves us and we need to bring people near to God by loving them, taking their burdens and reaching them with our help hands.
If we start to think we are something then we actually deceive ourselves by our pride. We all are equal in the eyes of God and the things God has given us must be used for his glory nor for our glory.
In Jesus, we get the new man who was created according to the image of God and we must live by the righteousness of God which will lead us to treat others with dignity and respect.
