We are the children of living God who has asked us to rely on him to live a stress-free life. The Bible says God is almighty and he is able to help us in our weaknesses. Walking with the Lord makes us trust him completely so we can know his strength well.
Stress and anxiety usually come into our lives to make us strong. We should not avoid them but we must confront them bravely by applying the power of God that we have.
